Makoto Shinkai is the dude who exploded onto the scene with Voices of a Distant Star, and then made The Place Promised In Our Early Days (known in Japanese as nagashi refers to it above) which I haven't yet seen but which looks equally stunning. This is a teaser for his newest thing.
