Battle For the Cowl is what happens when you take a 6 - 8 issue mini-series, plotted by Judd Friggin' Winick no less, chop it down to three issues and hand it off to an artist with little writing experience and little storytelling skill.
Between shit like this and how they handled Final Crisis I'm wondering what the fuck is going on at DC these days.
