I made Schadenfreude pie again. Only this time there wasn't quiiiite enough corn syrup, so I upped the molasses content juuust a little, and also I couldn't quiite measure exactly half a cup of candy-orange-flaked chocolate bits, so I erred on the upper side. So basically the candy content of this pie? EXTREMELY HIGH. Also I tried to have as little leftovers as possible so I poured the mix in to the very edge.

When it came out it was 'sploded. Puffed out like a loaf of bread, and jiggly even after an extra ten minutes. Currently cooling.

And THEN I tried to microwave the leftovers, and didn't watch them too careful, and now I'm sitting outside the lounge hoping the smoke will a) drain out the window before it sets off the alarm, and b) not poison the pie via flavor osmosis. Dammit if they say their bowl is microwave-safe, I do not care how disposably biodegradably environmentally friendly it is it should not BREAK DOWN IN THE MICROWAVE. cough cough please let there not be a fire alarm at midnight on Friday. Ahahaha oh gawd.
