Incoming: FUN thought experiment for all ages!

Imagine... you are in a rainstorm.

It's a big 'un. A tropical storm. There's water whooshing down the streets and collecting at the corner of your street and the next.

It starts collecting there, flash-flood style. Soon there's a whirlpool.

Suddenly, WHUMP-FOOOSH: it all drains away.

So does your neighbor's house.
