So tonight for dinner I had the choice between fish or chicken.
I then had the feeling that that was either the setup or the punchline for an old joke.

Don't let me down, internet. In return I present the recipe for dessert. It made delicious chocolate cake-things because I screwed up the mixing order, go me, chemistry is not my friend. Also my oven sucks. Still very tasty, though.
