For my last eve in homelandia: salmon burgers on a v. nice toasted brioche. This being bread that is maybe 30% butter. Add a little raspberry spread and mmmm. Dinner in ten minutes, why yes it is.
That said, I'm thinking maybe one more of those bacon-cheese-cabbage sandwiches with maple syrup wouldn't go amiss. Just for the road.
*edit: IT IS CHRISTENED: The Cully. Layered bacon, Geneva Brick cheese, and purple cabbage on toasted brioche drizzled with maple syrup. Sweet, filling, and sophisticated with a righteous bacon core.
