Purple potato, beef buillion cube, carrot, celery, grated ginger, brussels sprouts, two packs Indian "instant" noodles, one packet accompanying beefy builliony stuff, scallion, tofu. Chopped up and tossed in boiling water in that order.

It was a 'throw shit in the pot' kind of night.

Also: sauteed squash can be easily and deliciously accompanied by some sweet potatoes.
