Sep. 6th, 2007 10:09 pmHave to take a science. Sciences that don't need pre-reqs suck or are weird or are in bad timeslots. The one that would be really really cool without any prereqs is in the same slot as fucking Topology, and I NEED some math that's not completely in the required track because I'm already painfully behind everybody else who is going to be taking a senior seminar next semester. I don't have any that counts, because Topo last semester was such a god damn failure and lol transfer, I have to take fucking core courses instead of cool shit like Cryptology.
Or cool science. I'm stuck in Earth Science 101, it looks as dead boring or moreso than it was in 7th grade, feeling fucking trapped in it because there is nothing else open in a good time except fucking FRACTALS IN SPAAACE, which sounded really cool until the professor actually did a lecture today. "Lecture". I don't know what it was he put on that board but it wasn't science and it wasn't math and he claimed it was math and whatever he was talking about had nothing to do with it anyway. Dropped it now, because fuck that.
Maybe I'll just trust that next semester science will work itself out and take German Lit instead. If I place into German 3, that is. For which I have to ace this test tomorrow. That situation would be ideal for my mental health and wellbeing and not hating myself for bending over and taking it up the ass. Lord knows since I'm already trapped into reading fucking Plato and MORE AUGUSTINE fuck, I really don't want to ALSO be cornered into a lecture I sleep through half the time because hell, plate tectonics are boring.
