For future reference: make meatballs with muenster cheese again next time, it is godly. Also, do not over-defrost the meat, for that will cook it and make it fall apart in the pan.

The sauce did something weird this time. I poured it over the pasta, let it cool for about a minute, and suddenly it was made of meatballs, tomato fragments, and... water. Puddling underneath the pasta. All I did was add milk to it, which is something I've done plenty of times before, and I've never had a sauce separate into its constituent parts like that. Very weird.
