Me: AHHHHH WTF NO NO NO *manners mode ON* *call* *email*
Them: Our mistake! Your application has been re-opened and is complete. We will consider it as thoroughly and quickly as possible. Thank you very much for applying!
...all within an hour and a half. It took that letter about ten times as long to GET here as it did for me to fix the problem.
In other news, I saw a software packet at work today that read 'NWS Communications.' Can't help but think their image could use some work.
